Simmons removed our old furnace and installed our new one. Nick, Tim and Jay were professional and polite while they were here. The price for the furnace was fair and reasonable. They completed the job in one day as they promised. They kept everything as clean as possible and cleaned up everything when they left. The furnace works great. We highly recommend Simmons plumbing and hvac.

We recently replaced our gas boiler and hot water heater with Simmons Plumbing. From start to finish the experience was terrific. This is the way a business should be run. Tracy and April running the office are professional, courteous, very personable and were incredibly helpful throughout. One of them always answers the phone, so you don't have to leave a voicemail and hope someone gets back to you soon. I set up an appointment with Mark for an estimate on a Monday morning at 8:30. He was in my driveway at 8:25. He answered all my questions as we went over various options and was very quick to follow-up on any additional questions I had once he sent the estimate. Craig and Corey are two highly skilled, personable technicians who did a fantastic job throughout. I appreciated the time they spent with me answering questions once both systems were installed. I highly recommend Simmons Plumbing and have no doubt I'll use them in the future.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value

Started with a leaky electric water heater. Unsure if it required maintenance or replacement, we called Simmons based on seeing their trucks locally and reading a few reviews online. We were scheduled for an evaluation the same day. Our service technician Rob was patient, and professional and did an amazing job of walking us through our options for a replacement with pricing for a similar unit. He didn't stop there. He was detailed and thorough in assessing our additional systems and noting our Viessman, he explained we also may have the option of switching from an electric water heater to indirect. He was kind responding to my many questions and knowledgeable on the different pros/cons of each as related to my own set of inquiries. He had no problem summarizing when my husband arrived and answered his new questions with care as well. Admittedly, these matters are not my forté. Yet, I'm curious. Rob treated my questions as equally important as my husband's. That was a great kindness I assure you. Rob seamlessly connected us to a sales point to determine our best option moving forward. The office staff is kind and extremely organized, our preliminary records were synced after the first call and such fast responses to customer need are as much appreciated as they are rare these days. The professionalism of both Simmons' team members, handling different homeowner personalities (husband and wife) was truly great customer care. We both felt satisfied with the overview of information and thrilled with the quick process in all aspects of service. In short, highly recommend this company.

I have had Simmons replace my gas hot water heater, fix my furnace and today replace pipes the back of my washing machine. Simmons crew are always great, arrive quickly, and answer any and all questions that I may have. They also clean up when they are done. It's shocking to see that all of the area around where they have worked is spotless every time. If you did not know they were there you certainly could not tell. I love these guys !!! Thank you Simmons and crew.

I've had nothing but great experiences working with Simmons Plumbing! Tracy and April are always so pleasant and responsive especially in times of need. Brad is very knowledgeable and offers sound advice. Most recently, extreme temps caused one of my apartment boilers to stop working which ultimately led to a pipe bursting...a property owner’s worst nightmare! Within 24-48hrs Brian (Technician) had the heat up/running and repaired the broken pipe. He's super friendly, knowledgeable and really seems to enjoy problem solving! He welcomed all of my questions and made me feel included in the repair/problem-solving process. The tenants are now safe, comfortable, happy and thrilled with the response time....which matters most. I learned a lot from Brian and will be prepared the next time we experience recording setting temperatures :)

I was not looking forward to replacing my aging oil burner. Especially, with inflation, supply chain issues and hit-or-miss customer service experiences. I am fortunate that Simmons Plumbing & HVAC has an office in my town. When John sat me down at the kitchen table and explained the process in detail, I immediately put down a deposit to get the ball rolling. Brad called me back to schedule the installation and even accommodated me with a start date change down the road due to a conflict. Nick and Cory showed up just as planned. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable and polite. I was impressed. I was not expecting the process to be that easy. They finished in two days as planned. Simmons is doing something right to attract and retain young gentlemen like Nick and Cory. You will not be disappointed in hiring Simmons for your plumbing and heating needs.

I have used Simmons plumbing for a few years now, no matter how big or small the issue is at my home they always come right out and repair the problem. They are extremely polite and respectful in my home and the wonderful ladies in the office are just simply the best!
