Water Heater Replacement Project - Haverhill, MA

Existing 25-year-old Weil McLain Boiler (80% efficiency rating) and Water Heater (68% efficiency rating).

We will be replacing the boiler with a new 95% efficient combo HTP boiler and on-demand water heater.

We will also be relocating the system from its current location in the middle of the basement to a new location against the wall creating more useable space in the basement. This new Haverhill, MA homeowner has future plans to take down the chimney and make a family room.

This Happy Haverhill, MA homeowner will receive a 1yr warranty on external parts & labor from Simmons and HTP will issue a 1yr parts warranty as well as a 10yr warranty on the Heat Exchanger. By replacing the old system with a more efficient system the customer will also qualify for a $1600 rebate with National Grid.
